In training scenarios, not all communication is helpful. Breakroom lets you define where and how users can talk. Voice chat can be enabled in one area and disabled in another. Text chat can be limited to trainers only. Email and DMs can be disabled during focused exercises. This makes it easy to run sessions where users know when to engage, when to listen, and when to participate.

Zone-Based Voice for Structured Conversations

Breakroom uses a zone-based system that mimics real-world layouts. You can place small discussion zones, breakout pods, or voice-isolated booths into your virtual space.

Each voice zone can have its own settings. Like enabling or disabling chat, camera sharing, or voice. Breakout areas can be used for team exercises, private tutoring, or roleplay in simulations.

Built-In Tools for Trainers and Speakers

Breakroom’s conference tools let you combine slides, webcam, pre-recorded video, and screen sharing in a single session. For more advanced setups, you can also stream high-quality video into your world via RTMP or HLS - ideal for broadcasting external feeds, training videos, or livestreamed keynotes.

Presenters can control who speaks and when, and switch between different media sources with ease. Whether you’re running a live lecture, demo session, or replaying past content, everything is managed in-world without needing third-party tools.

Moderate Sessions Without Breaking Flow
